Dust Meters / Particle Meters
See the large selection of measuring equipment such as Dust Meter Particle Meter. Versatile portable dust meters for APV and more. On this page, we have gathered all measuring equipment related to particle measurement or dust level measurement. These measuring instruments for measuring particles and dust are especially used in Workplace Assessments. However, there are many other applications for these measuring devices beyond just using them for workplace assessment. We have particle meters and dust filters for all needs, see the large selection here on the page.
Indoor Climate Meter
Test your indoor climate with our measuring equipment for measuring indoor climate. A portable dust meter can collect dust and particles for an entire day and send measurement data to an app. Read more on the product page.
Air Quality Meter
If you need to measure the quality of the air in the workplace, you can advantageously use one of our air quality meters.
Dust Filter - Ados Dust Guard - also called filter guard
In addition to regular dust meters, we also sell the so-called filter guards that keep dust and particles out of the air. If you want to avoid inhaling these small mini particles, you need to have a filter guard on your machinery.
Ados 206 filter guard can detect the following types of dust:
- wood dust
- house dust
- color pigments
- plastic dust
- flour dust
- metal dust
- mineral dust
- and many more
A Tool in the Fight Against Particle Dust
The terms fine particles, fine dust, or particle dust refer to air particles that do not immediately fall to the ground but remain in the atmosphere for a while. These small particles cannot be seen with the naked eye. Only under special atmospheric conditions do these particles appear as smog. Very fine particles are also called nanoparticles, and these cannot be seen with the naked eye.
If you are unsure which dust meter or which dust filter to choose, please contact one of our product specialists for advice and guidance – together we will find the optimal solution.

Measuring Equipment for Measuring Air Quality
You will find everything you need to prepare a complicated APV at Buhl & Bønsøe. We also have measuring equipment that can be used if you just want to document air quality in a given area. Our measuring equipment can capture and document invisible particles that cannot be measured in any other way. There are particles all around us - it may therefore be a good idea to invest in a good particle meter.
ADOS Filter Guard 206 is, for example, a good option for a particle meter. ADOS 206 is placed on the clean air side of an air filter system, where it constantly monitors air quality so that no dangerous dust escapes into the air on the other side of the air filter.
With ADOS Filter Guard 206, it is easy to stay ahead of defective bag filters. The filter guard is suitable for monitoring dust bags and other dust filter installations - so you can avoid large emissions from filter leaks. Mount the filter guard on the clean air side, and get an output signal from 4–20 mA when the amount of dust particles increases. Then it is easy to change the bag filter in time.
ADOS 206 filter guard can detect the following types of dust:
- Wood dust
- House dust
- Color pigments
- Plastic dust
- Flour dust
- Metal dust
- Mineral dust
- and many more
Advantages and Features of the Particle Meter
- Suitable for many types of dust
- Standard output signal 4-20 mA
- Low power consumption
- Easy to change sensor element
