Buhl & Bønsøe A/S is owned by the Swedish group Indutrade AB, which is a listed company and owns approx. 200 companies in 25 different countries.
At Buhl & Bønsøe we work based on a code of conduct. It is a set of norms that guides us in how we do business and helps employees maintain ethical behavior in their daily work and towards different people.
All our employees are obliged to read and understand the guidelines described in our Code of Conduct. We also expect our business partners to comply with the same ethical standards.
As a company with strong values, we strive to be a trustworthy partner, both towards our customers and colleagues, but also towards our business partners.
Code of Conduct principles
- We must comply with applicable laws and regulations in all countries in which we operate
- All forms of corruption are strictly prohibited
- We must not grant, offer, receive, request, promise or promote payments, gifts or other improper benefits
- We must not make contributions to political or charitable causes
- All success must be built on a healthy business culture and fair competition
Code of Conduct in the workplace
We strive to provide our employees with a safe and healthy workplace. All employees must be aware of and comply with applicable health and safety rules and procedures. In addition, it is important that our employees help report high-risk working conditions, work-related injuries, illnesses and at the same time show consideration by objecting if a colleague is careless in the performance of their work.
