Competition rules

These competition rules apply to competitions offered by Buhl & Bønsøe in our newsletters, on our website or on Facebook/LinkedIn. Buhl & Bønsøe is not responsible for any errors or failures in computer networks or hardware/software when participating in the competitions.

Contact
The competition is only valid during the specified period and for the specified products. The winner of the competition will be contacted directly via the e-mail address provided. The winner then has 14 days to respond and provide a recipient address. If we do not receive a response within 14 days, the right to the prize will lapse and Buhl & Bønsøe may choose to draw another winner. The prize will be sent to the winner as soon as possible.

Exchange
Prizes cannot be exchanged for other items, cash or gift cards.

Copyright/rights etc.
Buhl & Bønsøe publishes the names of winners on our platforms, this can be on the website, on Facebook or LinkedIn - it is possible to be anonymous if you do not want your name published. All our competitions are subject to the Danish Data Protection Act and we will treat all the information received in accordance with this - i.e. confidentially and securely.

Change of competition terms
Buhl & Bønsøe reserves the right to terminate, change or postpone the competition (including all prizes) at any time if there is any reason why the competition cannot be carried out as described.

Employees and family members
The competitions are open to all residents of Denmark over the age of 18, with the exception of employees of Buhl & Bønsøe and members of their households.
