Terms of Trade 111
Unless there is another written agreement, these terms of trade apply to all sales from Buhl & Bønsøe A/S (CVR no. 51649117), regardless of any contrary or deviating provisions in the order or acceptance placed by the buyer.
Payment by card
Payment can be made with Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron, Vpay, Maestro and JCB. We will only charge the amount when the item is shipped from our address.
Payment on credit
It is possible for business customers to purchase on credit. We reserve the right to request cash payment before delivery.
Prices
All prices on www.buhl-bonsoe.dk are in Danish kroner and are shown both with and without VAT. Shipping costs are charged to all orders. We reserve the right to make typographical errors and technical changes.
InvoicingIt is free to have invoices and credit notes sent electronically in the formats OIOXML/OIOUBL and PDF. You can register for electronic invoice sending by sending an email to bogholderi@buhl-bonsoe.dk containing your customer number and the desired recipient email or EAN number.
If your company wishes to receive invoices on paper, this can be done against payment of an invoicing fee of DKK 65 per invoice.
Delivery
Free delivery throughout Denmark when purchasing via the webshop.
Delivery time
When ordering on a weekday before 2:00 PM, the item will be shipped the same day. When ordering after 2:00 PM, the item will be shipped the following weekday - if the item is in stock. If the item is not in stock, the customer will be informed of the delivery time within 2 business days.
Sold out items and errorsWe reserve the right to cancel sold out items and errors. In such cases, the amount paid, including shipping fees and any transport insurance, will be immediately refunded to the buyer's account via PBS.
