Casella Microdust Dust Meter
For example, we have the Casella CEL-712 Micodust, a real-time dust meter that has a built-in data logger for reading via PC. The Casella 712 is an exceptionally portable dust meter that can easily be worn around the neck with a strap. This meter is optimal for filter control or general monitoring of indoor climate and air quality in the workplace. Up to 500 measurements can be stored in memory before the measuring equipment needs to be cleared of data.
Apex Pumps for Collection
Another solution for measuring dust and particles is the Apex Vortex 2 air pump, which is specially designed to capture suspended dust, a form of very fine dust that lingers in the air, for example, from emissions at an auto repair shop. The Vortex 2 is also particularly suitable for measuring various forms of particles and dust, as the particle meter actively sucks in air.
