Testo 350 exhaust gas analyzer consists of two separate units

The Testo 350 Control Unit is used to control emission measurements, featuring a clearly structured graphical display and ease of use, with four different applications in the menu: burner, gas turbine, engine, and custom applications.

The display instructions guide you through the measurements and simplify the steps leading up to the start of emission measurement, saving time and effort.

The control unit can be used to remotely operate the analysisBox Testo 350 Emission Analysis Device when it is not located at the exhaust pipe or measurement site, which is especially advisable and smart when performing measurements on larger systems.

What does the Testo 350 Emission Analyzer contain?

The Testo 350 Analysis Box (separate product) contains the sensor system and electronics necessary for performing measurements, supplied as standard with an O2 gas sensor, but it is necessary to connect at least one or more sensors (up to six) to operate the emission device, with a wide range of sensors available for gases such as CO, CO2, NO, NO2, SO2, H2S, and CxHy.

Measure all types of emissions

The increased measurement range allows for unlimited measurements even when gas concentrations are high, with automatic dilution activated when the exhaust concentration is unexpectedly high, and the measurement range of a selected sensor can be increased by a user-defined factor for more accurate emission measurements.

An opening at the bottom of the analyzer provides access to all relevant service and wear parts, including pumps and filters, which can be easily cleaned or replaced, and the Testo 350 features numerous diagnostic functions with easy-to-understand information and readings, constantly displaying the current measurement.

The Testo 350 can be controlled by this control unit but can also be operated directly via USB, Bluetooth® 2.0, or CANcase from a PC or notebook, and after programming the analysis box, measurements can be performed, results stored, and data transferred directly to the control unit.
