The testo 350 is a rugged, easy-to-use exhaust gas analyzer designed to meet the highest demands when it comes to carrying out precise industrial emission measurements and providing proper data administration. The Analysis Box can be operated with up to 6 gas sensors, 5 of which are optional. This allows you to select freely from sensors for CO, NO, NO2, SO2, H2S, CxHy and CO2.

In the testo 350 analyzer box are the gas sensors, the measurement gas and rinsing pumps, the Peltier gas preparation (optional), the gas paths, filters, analysis and storage electronics as well as the mains unit and Li-ion rechargeable batteries.
The robust housing has an integrated impact protection (specially constructed X-shaped rubber edges), allowing the analyzer box to be used in rough surroundings. Downtimes caused by instrument contamination are almost entirely eliminated due to the intelligent design. Inherently closed chambers protect the interior of the instrument from dirt from the surroundings.
Operation of the testo 350 can be carried out either with the testo 350 Control Unit or in direct connection to a PC or laptop (CANCase or Bluetooth® 2.0). After programming, the analyzer box can automatically carry out measurements and store measurement data. The plug connections for probes and databus cable have a fixed bayonet fitting, and are therefore securely attached to the analyzer box. This prevents unintentional removal, avoiding incorrect measurements.
The testo 350 is fitted with a gas sensor for O2 as standard. A second gas sensor must always be fitted. Up to 5 further sensors can be retrofitted. The gas sensors CO, COlow, NO, NOlow, NO2, SO2, CO2 NDIR, CxHy and H2S are optionally available. In addition to this, temperature and differential pressure are measured, and the usual parameters such as CO2, qA etc. are calculated.
