Fischer has once again pushed the boundaries of what is technologically possible with this touchscreen display panel for clean rooms, allowing operation and access to all functions via the touch-sensitive screen.

The clean room panel features 4 analog inputs, with measurement values constantly displayed on the large screen, and if you need to check for threshold exceedances over a specific period, you can view the measurement logs via the screen.

100% configurable

You can configure your clean room control panel according to your needs and specifications, depending on how many different measurement points you want to monitor, typically including differential pressure, temperature, humidity, particles, and more.

The colors on the screen can be configured to follow the measurement point thresholds (green for OK and red indicating exceeded values), with warnings shown through color changes and clear text messages, and all parameter values such as threshold limits, text messages, color choices, relay outputs, etc., can be set by connecting a PC to the device's USB port, with an option to insert an SD card for later download of logged measurement data.

It is naturally possible to define alarm conditions yourself, with the measurement equipment providing visual and acoustic alarms when your pre-set thresholds are exceeded, and activating the four relay outputs.

You can lock your clean room panel with a PIN code so that only those who know the code can access the device, change threshold values, or view logs.

Clean room panel with multiple languages

It is possible to switch the menu languages on the screen, for example, if you work in an international environment where personnel speak languages other than English, and it is also possible to change the display language while the panel is in normal operation, so measurement values are shown in one of seven languages other than English.

Ongoing firmware updates

You can download new firmware for your clean room panel as it is released, by inserting a USB stick with the firmware into the panel, allowing easy upgrades to the latest version.
