Testo Huminator II is a highly accurate calibrator for calibrating moisture measurement instruments and transmitters, suitable for both large companies with their own calibration departments and small independent calibration workshops.

If you have a large number of moisture loggers or other moisture measurement instruments in bulk, you know that this moisture measuring equipment needs periodic calibration.

We have our own service and calibration department at Buhl & Bønsøe, and we gladly accept your measuring equipment for calibration and service in Smørum, where we use a Testo Huminator II for calibrating moisture measuring equipment, along with other calibrators depending on the accuracy requirements.

Moisture calibration on the go

The Huminator II allows for quick and easy calibration of measuring instruments, sensors, and data loggers from all manufacturers, with the included adapter plate enabling calibration of up to five sensors simultaneously without compromising accuracy, thus guaranteeing a high level of efficiency.

The timely programming function allows a high degree of automation of your calibrations, with up to 10 humidity and temperature values programmable in a sequence automatically, with the stabilization time freely selectable.

Using a Peltier element, temperatures are generated and stabilized within a range from 5°C to 50°C, and relative humidity can be quickly produced from 5% RH to 95% RH thanks to the high performance of the humidification system.

New concept with removable sensor

The Huminator II is equipped with a reference probe integrated into the measurement chamber but easily accessible, and it can be easily replaced or removed for recalibration.

Clear and intuitive touch screen

Thanks to the touch screen, measurement values are easy to control, with a clear menu structure enabling intuitive and simple operation of the measuring equipment, and help texts are also available.

With the touch screen, the Huminator II can be programmed in a few steps, and if necessary, this process can also be performed via the USB interface, with an acoustic signal assisting the user in monitoring stability and indicating water fill level.

Testo Huminator II has a large measurement chamber

The large and very robust measurement chamber provides space for up to five sensors or more data loggers simultaneously, with optimal insulation of the chamber combined with a special sealing adapter plate ensuring stability of measurement values across a wide temperature and humidity range.

With a relatively light weight of 19 kg, the Huminator II can be brought onsite!

The intelligent use of materials allows for a total weight of only 19 kg, making the Huminator II portable and flexible to use, with water automatically drained via a display command, enabling quick readiness for transport, and optimal protection is available with the optional transport cart, which can also be used for handling at the calibration site.

Advantages of the Huminator II

The integrated reference allows for quick calibration, and you can benefit from significant cost savings by storing the external reference, with easy access from the top of the cabinet allowing the drying cartridge to be replaced at any time, and only distilled water is needed for operation, with no additional materials required.

In addition to a power supply, no other external cables or accessories are needed, with direct access to help texts available on the touch screen, and the Huminator is supplied with an electronic instruction manual, with the ability to connect power and USB devices.
