XT290 Digital Precision Level

EASY-LASER® XT290 Digital Level is an extremely useful tool for setup and alignment of most types of machinery, including leveling of machine tables, rollers, and bases, and can also be used for other measurement tasks such as Straightness and Flatness.

EASY-LASER® XT290 Digital Level is an ideal extension to an EASY-LASER® laser system, significantly expanding its application range, with accuracy ensured by the hardened steel construction, an OLED display for easy readings, and a rechargeable battery enhancing user-friendliness.

Monitor changes over time
The free XT Alignment app provides access to advanced features that allow recording and capturing changes during operation (dynamic measurement), with configurable time periods and measurement frequency, and supports connecting up to four devices simultaneously – both precision levels and axis alignment measurement units – to track their movements and measurement values, thus providing better insight into how the machine is affected during operation and making it easier to identify sources of issues.

Documentation
The app enables creation of PDF reports containing measurement data, images, and notes, which are often requested by clients, and continuous measurement recording provides a solid basis for analyzing and comparing the machine's status over time.

Precision Technology
The XT290 digital precision level has an accuracy of 0.02 mm/m and an angle change sensitivity of 0.001 mm/m, with extremely rapid update of measurement values making the digital precision level easy to use, and the software indicates whether temperature changes or disturbing vibrations could affect the reliability of the measurement results, and it also features inclinometers for two directions that can be used outside the precision measurement range, allowing the object to be adjusted but with reduced accuracy, see technical data for further information.
