XT20/XT22

Machines installed on an uneven or out-of-level surface have a high risk of errors from the start, but with XT laser transmitters you can ensure flatness and levelness according to standards like ISO and ANSI/ASA, leading to lower maintenance costs and improved long-term equipment performance.

Two models available
The two transmitters are essentially identical but differ in certain aspects to meet various user requirements.

XT20 is designed for flatness and straightness measurements during machine installation and for surface flatness control of manufactured parts, is water- and dust-resistant to IP55, making it ideal for maintenance and installation technicians, and is also perfect for flange flatness checks.

XT22 offers the same features as XT20 but additionally allows the laser beam to be adjusted perpendicular to the laser plane, with an integrated vertical precision level enabling leveling when mounted on its side so the laser plane can sweep vertically, providing more geometric measurements with higher accuracy and precision thanks to fiber laser technology.

App connectivity
XT transmitters feature wireless connection to the XT Alignment app, ensuring reliable and user-friendly measurements, with alerts during measurement if factors like transmitter position or internal temperature changes could affect results, and digital readings—either via the app or the built-in display—eliminating user interpretation errors and unaffected by poor lighting conditions, with the app also guiding you step-by-step through calibration for correct setup.

Versatility in any measurement situation
Both XT20 and XT22 can be used with the Straightness, Basic Flatness, and Values programs, with the Values program allowing nearly all types of geometric measurements, powered by a rechargeable battery providing up to 30 hours of operation, and flexible mounting options with brackets and removable magnets ensuring a solution for any measurement scenario.

Compatibility
For measurement, the XT70-M measuring unit is required as a detector, which comes with the XT770 system but can also be purchased separately, and if you want to use XT20/XT22 with an existing Easy-Laser D- or E-series system, only the free XT Alignment app is needed for calibration of the digital levels.
