Easy-Laser® XT980 is a specially developed sawmill system that helps you increase efficiency and reduce operating costs; the system allows precise measurement of straightness, flatness, and squareness and is so user-friendly that both maintenance and production personnel can easily operate it; XT980 is equally effective on band saws and circular saws, ensuring correct alignment, high production speed, and top-quality finished products.
Easy-Laser® XT980 makes it quick and simple to measure and adjust reduction gears, counterholds, as well as band and circular saw blades; the system's laser transmitter can function as a rotating point, creating a precise reference plane for measurement, thus replacing traditional string or wire methods and allowing free movement around the machine, adjustments, and real-time result monitoring.
With XT980, you can measure straightness, flatness, and squareness in both vertical and horizontal planes; the system is intuitive and easy to use for both production and maintenance personnel and works equally well on band and circular saws; additionally, it is ideal for measuring flatness and ensuring that foundations and surfaces remain stable and level.
