First model on the market with Bluetooth connectivity

Casella Flow Detective™ is an electronic flow calibrator developed to measure flow in air measuring pumps with 2% accuracy, and it is the first on the market with Bluetooth connection via Casella's Airwave App, which allows remote control of dust and noise monitoring instruments, sending calibration results via email, improved traceability, and calibration procedures for pumps; Flow Detective can display air velocity and is the first calibrator capable of measuring pulsation and indicating if the air velocity pulsation exceeds 10%, as air measuring pumps must have pulsation levels below 10% to comply with ISO 13137, since higher pulsation levels cause unstable flow and impair the pump's ability to collect respirable dust particles.

Casella Flow Detective™ can be used with all brands of air measuring pumps, but with Casella Apex2 pumps and the Airwave App, calibration can be performed in closed circuits and flow can be remotely controlled via the app, eliminating manual input on the pump or flowmeter and saving time during calibration.

User-friendly and simple calibration setup

Casella Flow Detective™ saves time thanks to high user-friendliness, a color display, and a wide flow measurement range suitable for all personal flow meters with various pumps; it saves considerable time compared to other electronic or traditional calibration methods with flowmeters, with simple setup and the ability to save pre- and post-calibration data, and can measure dust and vapor samples from 25 ml to 5 liters per minute, and since it also measures temperature and pressure, it ensures accuracy regardless of environmental conditions.
