Sound Level Meter CEL 633 1/3 Octave Band
The Casellas CEL-63x series of sound level meters are the most versatile on the market: they are perfect for measuring occupational noise (ISO9612, OSHA) and environmental measurements (BS14142). If you want to ensure compliance with occupational noise regulations or need assistance in selecting hearing protection, then a sound level meter from the CEL-63x series is the right choice. Use CEL-63x for environmental noise measurements to assess limit values, handle noise complaints, or comply with building regulations.
For occupational noise
- Simultaneous measurements of all parameters within occupational noise
- Standard setup for occupational noise legislation
- Measurements for selecting hearing protection using SNR, HML, or octave band methods
- Time history and analysis of noise levels
- Optional high-frequency microphone up to 165 dB
The series is designed to make your measurement tasks as easy as possible, providing quick and comprehensive display of measurement results – all measurement parameters are stored for review as needed.
Average, maximum, and octave band measurements are performed simultaneously, eliminating the need for additional measurement equipment. The measurements are graphically displayed on the large color screen. It is even possible to record notes via voice to track the recording.
For environmental noise measurement
- Simultaneous broadband and frequency measurements
- Data markers
- Undo function
- Real-time frequency analysis
- Automatic adjustment of measurement range
- Programmable event recording
It is possible to mark data to highlight important events for later analysis. Up to 60 hours of audio files can be stored for noise identification. The stored audio recordings can be played back on the instrument with headphones or via Insight data management software.
During unattended measurements, the trigger function in CEL-633 allows additional data (Leq, Lmax) to be stored along with the audio file for later playback or analysis.
An optional case is available for environmental measurements, which protects the instrument and microphone and enables unattended monitoring for up to 10 days.
