pH measurements are a widespread and important measurement principle that is often used to monitor or regulate the quality of liquids. In many situations, the pH value of the liquid must be kept within certain limits, as incorrect measurements can have serious, and in the worst case, catastrophic consequences. Therefore, pH measurement is not always straightforward – it requires care and reliable equipment that is continuously maintained to ensure accurate results.

Calibration of electrodes

Although it is often possible to put a new electrode into use immediately, we always recommend that you calibrate your measuring equipment from the start. Production tolerances can mean that a calibration reveals differences that could otherwise affect the accuracy of the measurement. By regular calibration, you ensure that your measurements are always accurate and reliable.
